Getting an error message "Failed to Write credentials" during registration

Hi ,

I have installed source tree on my laptop . When i start source tree, the first step is registration.

Here i select the option BitBuket Server  and then i enter the Root URL, username and password. Once i click login i get the message  "Failed to Write credentials"

One thing that i could observed  is that the problem is more specific to my machine because i am able to do the registration and setup on a different machine using the same Root URL and username.

Please help me on this issue.

I have the same problem.  I notice that in my Windows Credential Manager, no entries get made for some reason.
