Fatal authenticate error

I want to clone a repository in Source tree. However it asked me to input the password each time. And it failed of course. I found the gray username is different from my username in Bitbucket. Maybe it is the reason?

You see the username is "hzhao" but my Bitbucket account username is "hzhao_xxxx". I tried putty and openssh. Both are failed.

Click on the world icon in the upper right corner of the "Clone / Add / Create Repository" window.  Then click on "Edit Accounts" and set your username (and password, if you like) to the correct values.
