External Diff tool takes too long to open

I have configured the external diff tool as Kdiff3.

cmd = 'C:/Program Files/KDiff3/bin/kdiff3.exe' \"$LOCAL\" \"$REMOTE\"

However it takes too long to open the tool after double clicking or selecting external diff tool. It takes around 30 seconds.

I am using SourceTree Enterprise Version 3.4.23

@Rishikesh welcome to the Atlassian community

Have you checked the load on your computer when you are using these tools?  You might need more RAM or a better CPU to improve performance.  I would start there just to make sure it is not a hardware limitation.
