Error in SSH key

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I tried to setup the Sourcetree 3.3.9 for the project repo but everytime i launch the app without admin rights i get the below error. Also the cloning is not successfull and the status stays on loading state.
1. In the SSH key generator, there is no option to generate SSH-2 RSA so i tried the git bash method to generate the same using : ssh-keygen -t rsa -b 4096 -C „<your email address>“
2. Added the public key into my project repo and private key into the application.
