Diff view only ever shows 100 lines of text regardless of 'Max Diff Line Count' setting

I've noticed this when adding new tracked files. The diff view will truncate the file at 100 lines even if I increase the 'Max Diff Line Count' value in the settings. I currently have it set to 800 but that has no effect.

I am seeing this on Windows with SourceTree 3.4.27 [04 December 2025].
