Delete a branch in Sourcetree if grayed out

How do I force sourcetree to delete a branch. I am unfortunatly using beanstalk and I have to delete a branch locally before I can push to delete the branch in beanstalk. But Sourctree has delet branch grayed out

Are you trying to delete the branch that you currently have checked out? I don't think that's allowed.
