Hello, we are just having an issue with a user where they have reported their Sourcetree is extremely slow and their push, pull and fetch requests take 30+ seconds - we don't experience any errors or issues, just simply that its taken longer than usual.
We've tried reinstalling the software, disabling antivirus, general PC repairs - we also checked there are no CPU/Memory issues or temperature problems.
The user is on Sourcetree version 3.4.22.
Can I provide any logs or information that could help? Any advice is appreciated.
