Commit and push not commiting and pushing all changes?

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me solve this problem.

I made some changes in the html code of my website (change some text, add photos) and I committed and pushed through Source tree these modifications successfully (according to SourceTree and Bitbucket as well) but when I check my website online none of all this modifications appear. 

If I run the website locally I can see the changes but only locally, not in the real website.

P.S. I have only the master branch, no other alternative branches.

I'm running on OS Sierra 10.12.4

SourceTree 2.4

Is there a particular reason you're on 2.4? 2.5.2 is the latest release for macOS Sierra with more updates ahead.
