Column format in SourceTree

The default column of the Commit ID on the "Log / History" tab in SourceTree is 7 characters. I want to make it display the first 11, is that possible?

 

I can also rearrange the column order to what I prefer, problem is I close ST and when I start it again they are back to the default. How do I get ST to keep the columns the width and position I put them in?
