Hi,
My colleague has recently started and we are trying to set up an Atlassian ID so that we can install sourcetree, however the verification email is not arriving. We have checked the spelling of the email address, and tried the resend button, however it is still not arriving.
Any help with this matter would be great,

Hi Kesav, can you confirm that have you checked the spam folder? If it's not there and your colleague is still not receiving the confirmation email, we'll need to open a Support ticket so we can investigate why is this happening?
