Cannot clone a repository with sourcetree

Hi,

I My teammate can't clone any of my repos on bitbiucket, all the tine he try to clone anyone of the repository sourcetree doesn't find the repository as a git repos, if we click on details it seems that the authentication is not completed,

how can we solve this?

Have they created and setup their SSH keys?  Have they tried cloning via http?
