Can't use SourceTree because Atlassian log in not working

Hi

I am prompted to use the Atlasian account lo use SourceTree ( I have to use an old version because my OSx is old too 10.10) and I get a 404 page.

How can I get to the correct page to be able to activate or use or whatever I have to do to activate SourceTree
