Can't see a tag label for my commit

I am used source tree version 3.4.7 before and it was very easy to copy the tag name in commit description section. But after update to version 3.4.12 now, I don't see the label in description any more. Is there any other way to copy a tag message direct in Source Tree UI instead open it in Git bash.

I would check two things: first, the log is in search/filter mode (the "mak" box at the top), and second, Sourcetree does not render tag or branch labels in that filtered view. I would clear the search and look at the normal log. If the label is still missing there, the tag probably was never pulled down, so I would run Repository > Fetch with "Fetch all tags" selected and check that View > Show Labels is enabled.
