Can't install SourceTree on Windows 10

Can't figure this one out. Clicked on the SourceTree .exe installer 3.4.4 for x64 windows and it launches but then closes as the blue Source Tree slash banner is displaying.SourceTree gets added to my list of Added Programs but it doesn't appear in the Programs in start menu and when searching for it in start search, it doesn't appear.
