Can't install Source Tree on windows 7 x64

Hi, recently I reinstalled OS and now I'm trying to install SourceTree but unsuccessfully.

It seems that installer is broken :/

Nothing happens on this stage of installation! Just a blank window opens when I click "Use current account". What is this?
