Can not use embedded git

I was using tortoiseGit and moved to SourceTree
When I Tried to clone source code and I got the message
Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks ls-remote http://10.10.1.154:7990/scm/ccisw/cci-sw-public.git

On the web, I found I need to use embedded git and update embedded git.
When I tried to use embedded git using
tool=> option=> Git => Gitversion => Embedded, I get message
Unable to extract: Can not create SSL/TLS security channel
What can I do next?
I still can clone from TortoiseGit from same git address
