Can not Download SourceTree Application

Hi, I want to use SourceTree of Windows.

My PC is Windows7 SP1

I treid install sorucetree. but happened download error.

install log is below

I input URL 'http://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/windows/SourceTree.application' on the Browser.

But happen Error. Erroe Code is 407

Seems to be the proxy requires authentication, how do I deal with it?
