Can SourceTree work with Devops on-premises server?

When i connect SourceTree to my own DevOps on-premises server, it shows error:

"API resource location is not registered on my host (screenshot)"

1/How to fix this issue?

2/Does SourceTree support to connect DevOps on-premises server?

Please someone assist this case, thanks so much

my example URL: https://sample.mysite.com/projects
