Bug: Not able to select all changes

I really like Sourcetree, but this bug is just weird. 
When I do the following, I am not able to select all the changes. 

When I select two commits, which have a lot of changes, I can only select the first ~70 entries with the mouse. Also when I select any of the first entries and keep pressing down it stops at the ~70ies entry. 
This is not useful since I have no chance to see the changes that have been done in this file. 

Expected behaviour: 

All the changes are selectable and details are shown 

Is this a limitation of the app or a bug?

Change The Maximum Lines And Size In Options

Tools > Options > Diff

Change Max Diff Line Count And Change Size Limit (Text)
