After Cloning the Unstaged Files is getting Displayed Each and Everytime

Hi All,

#Source Tree

Whenever I clone the repository in Source tree , I get the unstaged files in unstaged Area , Even though I didn't change anything in file.

Can you please help how to remove/Delete the file from staging area. Unstaged Area.png
