Acessing to bitbucket repository

Hi,
One of our admin users cannot access from sourcetree to a bitbucket repository, from last thursday.
We change the user password and revoke the app access into the repository. Then We cannot login from sourcetree into the repository and we are not able to add the source app permision for the repository
Can you help us.
