Hi,

When I try to pull, an authentication error appears and I can't use Sourcetree.

I tried to add Bitbucket API token authentication, but even after entering the token, it says that I am not authorized to access 'https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/user'.

I would like to confirm this urgently.

Thank you,

@ai_kantake thanks for the info. A couple of questions:

  1. Which version of Sourcetree are you using?
  2. Is Bitbucket on cloud or on-prem?

Cheers,
Tobi

@Tomislav Tobijas Thank you for your reply.

1,Sourcetree version is 3.4.29.0. I just uninstall it, and reinstall again.

2,Bitbucket is on cloud.

Thank you,
