Able to choose Merge tool to open files

Greetings!,
When I open a file in committed or staged mode, I can use the default tool I have chosen; however, I can't change it again, and Windows doesn't show me the choice dialogue window to choose another tool.

Hey @Oscar B ,

A couple of questions about this:

1. Which merge or diff tools have you installed? (which one did you choose and to which you're trying to switch)
2. Do you need to switch only for a single file or set a new default for all files?
