A colleague of mine keeps losing repositories in Sourcetree

At work we have all been given laptops and I have had no issues however a colleague of mine keeps losing her repositories if she comes out of Sourcetree, we have tried uninstalling and re-installing, cloning from Bitbucket, adding all ready cloned ones but all to no avail.
