提交代码后“提交”按钮还有改动文件的数字显示

Mac电脑上，几乎每次提交完成代码，这个文件里的数字还存在，很容易给人一种错觉，点击左上角红色关闭之后重新打开显示就又正常了，也不知道怎么回事
