Windows11(24H2)のPCにインストールをしようとしています。
Hi @Yuka ,
Not sure why this was flagged for moderation, but basically (if I remember correctly), the default path would be
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\SourceTree
As for the second path:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\SourceTree
It might be the case that someone installed the app with an administrator account.
If you would like to use the per-user install path (first one), you would probably need to uninstall Sourcetree from devices where it landed in SysWOW64 and reinstall it. Only, when installing, follow these steps:
Download the latest installer from Atlassian: https://www.sourcetreeapp.com
Right-click → Run (don’t choose Run as administrator).
Cheers,
Tobi

@Yuka it should be possible to install it without admin rights, but this also partially depends on how your machine and OS are configured. Generally, if there are no strict security policies in place, end users can install programs/apps on their devices.
