why my rovodev acli is showing this : Failed to start Rovo Dev CLI:

Failed to start Rovo Dev CLI: The file lock 'C:\Users\mehra\.rovodev\config.yml.lock' could not be acquired.
✗ Error: failed to execute the command

I have uninstalled it, deleted old folders, and started a fresh one, still showing it
