@Jameszxc_. That error usually isn’t caused by anything on your end—it’s typically a backend issue during site provisioning. The “Agree and start now” button triggers billing and site creation services, and failures like this often come from temporary outages, region or tenant issues, or payment validation glitches. Try refreshing, using incognito, or changing the site name. If it continues, share the Trace ID with Atlassian Support.

Hi @Jameszxc_. - welcome to the Community,

could you provide some more context and/or screenshots? From what url are you starting off? What dialogue are you in? When does the error message pop up?

Sometimes, some urls are faulty and don't work as intended.

There were multiple Reports in an issue creating a new Site for RovoDev.

Does the issue persist?
