unable to access CSV file created by Rovo agent

Hello , I engaged Rovo agent to analysis 100+ work item and fetch some key information from comment, since it is high volume output , Rovo saves outcome in CSV file in path https://sanofi.atlassian.net/output/scream_test_tracker.csv .. 

I am not able to access file in mentioned path ending in

What u can do is -- Give the command like give me the complete HTML code. Save the generated code in local as .html and open. This works.

Hi @Kannan Chockalingam - welcome to the Community,

we've seen this issue a few times on here now, where Rovo apparently creates files and gives you link, but you can't access it. This is a platform limitation. Like Marc said, you can't access the Cloud storage via random links. Rovo probably doesn't even create the file.

Even for large outputs, prompt Rovo to return it in the Chat. If you can, chunk the data/query and add it together later on.

We hope that Rovo will be able to create and attach files to pages/work items at some point, but this is not a Skill Rovo posesses at the moment.

You probably need to save the file on a accessible location for Atlassian and you.

You can't access storage on Atlassian hosted cloud instnaces.
