Hello All,

I created a standard trial account, configured billing details and opened rovodev CLI

I configured extra credit usage =0 as I understand trial credits are 2000.

after authenticating and while executing rovodev run, it throws this error

rovo_cli_error.jpg

I check other blogs and in web also, I see this in Admin panel

Any idea what I might be missing in config ?
Thanks in advance.

@Jovana Dunisijevic @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ this issue is resolved for me today, although I did not test any code using rovo dev as I moved to Codex on same repository but I am not getting any warings like before.

Thanks for the support.

Also getting this issue now, I think they changed how it worked in the past 24 hours.

hey @asd @dangersvintus @rajesh5m @Peppe Iodice

We've also uncovered a bug while rolling out new changes and the team is working on resolving it ASAP.

If you have a payment method setup, this bug is then likely affecting you.

We're working on it!

@rajesh6m you don't have a payment method, so in your case the trial can't continue.

Please refer to the changes for further clarification: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Rovo-articles/Updates-to-Rovo-Dev-access-and-credit-limits/ba-p/3202139

Hi everyone!

For all of you that are experiencing issues with Rovo Dev, are unable to use it but DO have a payment method setup:

Please submit a case here: https://customerfeedback.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/159/group/220/create/3002

and please share your cloudId/aaids in there so we can take a look at it in the backend?

The team just published an Update to how Rovo Dev credits work: Updates to Rovo Dev access and credit limits - Atlassian Community

I guess that the degraded experience had something to do with that switch.

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_  thanks for the response, the mentioned post is about adding a payment method before using Rovo, but Rovo is still not working and shows the same error.

Same and still persist after last update v0.13.51

─── You've reached your Rovo Dev credit limit ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Your Rovo Dev usage resets in 21d 9h 21m. Extra usage is not available on your Standard trial. Upgrade plan

────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

And than on /usage

> /usage
─── You've reached your Rovo Dev credit limit ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Your Rovo Dev usage resets in 21d 9h 21m. Extra usage is not available on your Standard trial. Upgrade plan

────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Monthly Rovo Dev credits usage
Used: 5
Remaining: 0
Total: 2,000

This is very frustrating... more than 24h and this bug still persist...
