Your invoice already shows a Rovo Dev Standard charge. The problem is more likely that access has not been fully applied yet. With Rovo Dev Standard, payment alone is not enough. The site needs to have Rovo Dev Standard active, your account needs to be in rovo-dev-agents-users-<sitename>, and depending on your org setup, Standard access may also need approval from an org admin or Rovo Dev admin.
Ask your admin to check these points first:
After that, sign out, sign back in, and test again.
Atlassian still says CLI and IDE access are not available during trial. So if the purchase was only made recently, also check that the site has fully moved from trial to paid Standard.
