Hi,
I want a rovo agent to access a dashboard to make an analysis.
The agent tells me it can't access the dashboard when I provide the url.
Here is what I tried :
- grant read permission to the agent as a user : KO
- grant read permission to the organization : KO
What can I do so rovo can access the dashboard ?
Answer from Atlassian : currently Rovo can not access dashboards or filters.
Dashboard gadgets are normally based on filters, does the agent have permission to see the result from the filters?
Otherwise change the filter permissions accordingly
Let me know if this helps,
Best regards,
/Staffan

I gave permission to the agent but perhaps not in a good way, here is a screenshot of the filter permission :

Hi, @Sébastien RATEL

Did Rovo say explicitly there was an issue with policy when you had your access problem ?
I had a look at the policy and I do not think there should be a policy issue with my agent.

Yes, I got a response: "We can't respond to that prompt. It might not comply with the policy.'
I mention it because I also asked it to analyze the data from the report.

Ok thanks.
In my case rovo tells me it can not access the dashboard ;(

I just had confirmation from Atlassian : currently Rovo can not access dashboards or filters.
A workaround is to use JQL directly (and it works for me).
