HI,
Coming to using ROVO Connectors
We have a feature to connect Gmail with Jira so that whenever we search in JIRA it can fetch the docs or any kind of data from Gmail.
So the question is
How does this Gmail connector work?
like is it connecting one user Gmail to same user JIRA( if i connect my Gmail and JIRA so that it can only fetch data from my account not other users Gmail account )or one JIRA instance to one single Gmail account or one JIRA instance to all the connected Gmail accounts?
or in simple if I search will it only fetch data from my Gmail account or will it fetch from all the Gmail accounts in my company?
Thanks in Advance.

According to https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/connect-gmail-to-rovo/, Rovo returns emails using Gmail search capabilities. Only your email's contents - which is referring to one email.
@Mahanth Prudhvi P I think @Nikola Perisic is right on. The Gmail connector indexes only the Gmail accounts that users individually connect. It doesn’t give Jira or Rovo access to everyone’s mail. If you connect your Gmail, search results include your messages; if a coworker connects theirs, they see their messages. There’s no “org-wide Gmail indexing.”
