I have done the steps correctly in https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/connect-sharepoint-to-rovo/ to connect sharepoint to rovo, but in atlassian only the app is available but no content could be found
Have you waited a couple of hours? for me took up to 4 hours to showing me the files
@Sarveashwaran If the SharePoint app shows up in Atlassian but no content appears, it usually means indexing never started or the connector lacks permission. Confirm the SharePoint app has Sites.Read.All and Files.Read.All (or higher) in Microsoft Entra, grant admin consent, and verify at least one SharePoint site was selected for indexing. Then wait for the first crawl—this can take hours. If it still shows nothing, reinstall the connector and re-authorize it.
