You've reached your Rovo Dev credit limit

I created a standard trial account, configured billing details, and tried to run Rovo Dev CLI. Immediately on launch — before executing any real task — the CLI throws "You've reached your Rovo Dev credit limit" even on the /usage command. The dashboard confirms I have used exactly 0 out of my 4,000 trial credits, yet the remaining balance also shows 0.

The most telling detail is that the dashboard shows "Your usage resets in 0 days", which suggests my billing cycle boundary hit right during onboarding and the credit pool never refreshed. The $0 extra usage cap may also be interacting badly with the trial credit system, causing the platform to treat the account as fully exhausted. Either way, the result is a completely locked account with no credits consumed and no way to proceed.

Honestly, this is unacceptable for a trial product. A developer signs up, goes through billing setup, and gets blocked before typing a single real command — that's a broken onboarding experience, not a minor inconvenience. Small businesses evaluating Rovo Dev don't get a second first impression, and right now that impression is "doesn't work". Please fix this urgently: reset the account, unlock the credits, and figure out why your billing cycle logic is locking out brand new trial users.

I AM DISAPPOINTED

I was genuinely excited to try Rovo Dev and evaluate it for my work. Instead of exploring the product, I spent my time debugging a billing bug on a zero-usage account. This is not the experience you want people to associate with your product.
