I have the standard licensing, but Rovo does not show up in my jira board.

Your Standard license does include Rovo, so it should be available. You can check with the org admin whether it's activated yet, by:
Go to admin.atlassian.com
Select your organisation
Navigate to Rovo > Rovo access
Enable Rovo for your site and choose which products (Jira, Confluence) should have access

If it still does not work, raise a support ticket at Atlassian Support — the support team can check whether Rovo has been rolled out to your specific instance and troubleshoot further.

Your Standard license should support Rovo, but there’s one important detail: Atlassian is still rolling it out gradually across many Cloud instances.
