to specify: Rovo will only index Sharepoint when you set up the connector: Connect SharePoint to Rovo | Atlassian Support

You can add Allowlist and Blacklist now, so you can manage what parts of your Sharepoint Rovo will index. Anything that's indexed will be available in Search & Agents.

I am not entirely sure how often the index gets updated, but it might even be on the spot (so for each change).

Thanks, the connector only index/search files. We need to index/search pages as well.

Aaaah, sorry I didn't read that right.

I'd suggest opening a support request on support.atlassian.com and asking them to open a JAC Ticket. You can then vote on that feature request and explain your use case.

@Synaptics Tony Chang At this moment, Rovo doesn’t index SharePoint pages. It is listed on Atlassian’s connector roadmap, but there’s no published release date yet. If your org needs it, voting on the feature request in the Atlassian Community helps signal demand and potentially influence priority.
