Hi,
I am finding it impossible to add connectors to ROVO in a new organisation. I have done the process before in another org, so I'm confident it's not a process issue.
The Org has Paid Access, has only company domain users, BUT it was originally created with a personal email which is the only thing I can think of.
Rovo appears to be active, but just unable to link to external connections. Please help.
This usually indicates the connection page isn't loading correctly. Please try refreshing the page, opening it in an incognito/private browser window, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, could you let us know which calendar provider you're trying to connect (e.g., Google or Outlook) and share a screenshot of the error? That will help to investigate further.
Hello and welcome to Atlassian Community @Paul Barrett
Could you first confirm a couple of things?

Hi Arek,
Is something not enabled on this org do you think?

Hi Paul,
The personal email origin is likely the root cause here.
To activate Rovo, an Atlassian Org Admin must log in using a verified business domain, as generic domains like Gmail are not accepted.
Apps → Connectors is missing, suggesting an entitlement or domain issue, not a connector bug. Verify in admin.atlassian.com that your company domain is Verified, your site has a paid plan, and the site is enabled under Rovo → Rovo access.
If those all check out and the menu still won't appear, hold off on recreating the org and reach out directly to Atlassian Support with your Org ID and screenshots, they'll likely need to fix the provisioning on the backend.
We can still probably find what causing that, but my logic saying, with your problem, support will be able to identificate very fast what causing your Problems.
