In previous versions, Rovo created a new conversation every time I opened a ticket. However, now when I open a ticket and run Rovo while in that ticket, it continues from the last conversation. Whereas before, when I started Rovo while in a ticket where I hadn't asked any questions, it created a new conversation from scratch. Am I misremembering, or has there been a change? Is this a bug or a result of a deliberate choice? If it worked like this in the old version as well, is it possible to change it? You can see the problem on attached image. Ticket context and ticket conversation are not same. Because it starts with my last conversation. But context is updated everytime.
Hi @Bayram Uluad - welcome to the Community,
I've also noticed this. It simply seems to be the default behaviour now that Chats are persistent over multiple Tabs. Makes sense for some use cases, doesn't for others.
You can always just clear the chat via the edit icon :)
Thanks Rebekka. Yes, yes, you're right. I actually have one objection to this request. But I think Atlassian executives should consider this request as a feature and respond to it :D

What request? Your post here? This is a Community led Forum. There are a few Atlassian Support people who have a look at posts from people who can't open a regular support request and Product people use it for announcements. But posts are not regularly scanned by the Atlassian Team, even less any execs
So if you experience bugs or have change requests, openening a ticket with support.atlassian.com is always the way to go. They can open feature requests on your behalf.
