Using Rovo Chat - Not able to summarize a work item's comments

Myself and some of my users tried several prompts to ask Rovo Chat to summarize the comments on a work item.  We gave the specific work item and Rovo is aware there are comments but says there is no text in the comments?  

That is simply not the case, there are lots of comments in the specified work item.

@Susan Hauth _Jira Queen_, I tested this locally and was able to get some information from comments. I took a look in the rovo project though and found a bug matching your issue. I'm not sure why it works for me, but not for you.

Have been using rovo myself daily and I am not only able to summarise comments but the whole ticket and related comments to identify the next steps or key actions. I do not seems to be able to reproduce this issue. Are you still facing this issue?

I cannot reproduce this. The Bug that Kian posted sounds like what's affecting you though.
