Hi all,

Is there any way to upload documents when creating a new Rovo Agent? For example, I'm creating a Rovo Agent that would help create user stories from meeting notes. It would be useful to include documents such as OKRs, business requirements documents, company specific acronyms, etc. as part of the Rovo Agent rather than in each individual chat so that the user doesn't have to supply this context every time. Is there a way to do this

@Sean Chua Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You can provide your Rovo agent with the necessary context by linking relevant Confluence pages as part of its Custom Knowledge.

Here’s how you can set it up:

  1. Go to your Rovo agent’s Scenarios section from the side navigation bar.

  2. Under the Knowledge section for the selected scenario, choose Custom Knowledge.

  3. Select the Confluence pages you’ve already created that contain the information your agent should use.

This way, your agent can reference that content to generate more accurate and relevant responses.

You can learn more about configuring agent knowledge in this support article:
