Unable to see Rovo chat button even after I am on trial version of my enterprise license

@Prashant Sarwal welcome to the community. Adding to what @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ shared—after activation, a few other things can affect visibility. Make sure AI features are enabled in Atlassian Admin (Apps → AI settings), and that your org email uses a company domain (not Gmail), as that can block access. Also, Rovo is still rolling out gradually, so even on Enterprise trial, the chat button may not appear immediately for all users. If you're still experiencing issues please consider reaching out to support.

In Atlassian Administration of your instance has Rovo been enabled?
