Hi Atlassian Community,
I am trying to permanently delete my Atlassian organization and account, but the deletion is blocked.
I have already cancelled all subscriptions and trials. However, Rovo and Platform Apps entitlements are still attached to my organization.
I am on a Free plan and cannot open a billing support ticket. I am also unable to remove these entitlements myself.
I am the sole administrator and billing administrator of this organization.
Could an Atlassian staff member please help remove the remaining Rovo and Platform Apps entitlements so I can complete the organization deletion process?

You aren't missing an admin setting, Atlassian Rovo currently cannot be removed via self-service, which blocks organization deletion. This is a known backend limitation tracked under public tickets like AX-429 and ROVO-144.
Since this requires a backend change to clear the entitlement, you will need to contact Atlassian Support via the Pricing, Billing & Licensing route. Provide them with your organization URL, site URL, and a screenshot of the blocker so they can manually remove Rovo for you.

I can see an Organization linked to the account used to open this post, but there is no Rovo listed, but indeed there are other products that are blocking the deletion of the organization.
For that, I created a ticket on your behalf with our billing and licensing team to unblock you with this step, and if necessary, they can redirect you to other teams if further assistance is needed.
Please find in your email the support ticket starting with "CA"
As a heads-up, our billing team is the channel where you can ask deletion of products directly and it is possible for Free accounts to open requests there with no restrictions.
