Unable to create Virtual Agent

We are trying to create an Virtual agent using Atlassian Studio and below are the steps taken.

Selected the option of "Created Virtual Service agent"
Selected the Project 

Select the request type.

An error message appears on the left side of the corner, which as shown below

"Could not save changes

An Unknown error occurred. Please try again"

What we did so far.

Checked we have the permissions, which we do .

Checked the request type doesn't have an restricted fields and nothing to be found.

Hi @Rajkumar Chandrasekaran 

are you on a Premium Plan for Service Management? Virtual Agents are a JSM Premium feature but are shown in Studio regardless. I can replicate the issue - we have JSM Standard.

The new Rovo Agents for the Customer Portal are available in Standard Plans also, once your site has been switched over to the Service Collection.

Ah that make sense. Yes we are in standard. We will currently piloting JSM Premium POC. I will give a try and keep you updated. Thanks so much for the response

To add to @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_  Atlassian has been transitioning toward Rovo-powered agents, which are separate from legacy Virtual Agents. Availability of Rovo Agents in the customer portal depends on Rovo enablement + rollout (Service Collection), not just plan tier—and rollout is still uneven.
