Unable to Access Existing Jira Workspace – marberx.atlassian.net

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Dear Atlassian Support Team,

We have been using our Jira workspace:

marberx.atlassian.net

for a long time for our company operations and project management.

However, suddenly we are unable to access or locate this workspace. We are not able to find the site anymore, and it appears to be missing from our Atlassian account.

We are planning to activate a Jira Premium subscription and migrate our current workflows from Trello back into Jira, so this workspace is very important for our business continuity.

Please help us with the following:

  1. Check whether the workspace still exists

  2. Verify if the site has been suspended, deleted, or renamed

  3. Restore access if possible

  4. Help identify which Atlassian account currently owns/administers the workspace

  5. Advise us on the next steps to recover the workspace and continue using Jira Premium

Hi Anandha,

I think this issue is better directed to Atlassian Support. As mentioned on top of your question, normally an Atlassian Support Engineer will review the post and respond on this thread within 2 business days.

If that's not the case, in my opinion it's best to contact support directly

Hello @Anandh 

It seems the Jira app for the site mentioned was requested to be cancelled a few months ago, so it was deleted from your site.

It looks like your site has an active Rovo subscription though.

That said, could you let us know if you can re-add the Jira product into the site by following the steps from our documentation Add a new Atlassian app or collection to your organization

We can see that you have two Organization, so please choose the one called marberx that seem to be tied to your site url marberx.atlassian.net. You can see the Organization at admin.atlassian.com:

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Apps > Atlassian apps > Add app.

  3. Follow the prompts to set up your app or collection.

  4. Select Add/Start trial.

It may take a few minutes to build your apps. We’ll send you an email when they’re ready and you’ll see the apps as part of your organization.

We start you on a free trial of the app or collection, either on a Standard or Premium plan. At the end of the trial, you’ll start paying for the plan. If we don’t have your payment details, we will change your app to a Free plan. Understand how Atlassian apps are billed

Please keep in mind though that the step above won't bring your previous Jira back or any of its data.
