Hi,
I'm the admin of my workspace using Rovo Dev (Standard plan).
I cannot find any model access or AI model configuration settings in admin or product settings.
Additionally:
Claude Sonnet 4.5 is selectable in the UI but always fails
It falls back to another model
I saw a "no usage available" message despite having 3996 credits remaining
Can you clarify:
Whether Sonnet 4.5 is included in my plan
Why model configuration settings are not visible
Whether my account/workspace has a misconfiguration
Thanks.
THE PROBLEM :
─── Model not available for current subscription ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
The current model is only available with a paid Rovo Dev subscription. Please upgrade your subscription to access this
model.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
─── Using fallback model ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Model request failed after multiple attempts, trying fallback model.

IT KEEP FAILLING THE ONLY MODELS I CAN ACCESS TO IS GPT 5 / HAIKU 4.5 ONLY OTHER MODELS KEEP GIVING THE SAME PROBLEM I ALREADY SENT TICKET TO SUPPORT NO REPLY YET
@Lqsti Basti and @Daniel Jefferson welcome to the community. Since this post was opened, we've seen additional reports of similar behavior where some models remain unavailable despite an active Rovo Dev subscription and available credits. If GPT-5 and Haiku 4.5 work but Sonnet 4.5 and other models consistently return "Model not available for current subscription," I would not immediately assume a configuration issue. This increasingly looks like a model entitlement or provisioning issue rather than a usage or billing. At that point you've largely moved beyond community troubleshooting and into support territory. Continue working through your support ticket and include screenshots, timestamps, your site URL, and the affected models.
I'm having the same issue, if you found a solution please let me know

Hello @Lqsti Basti
If you have already raised a support ticket, there is not really much more the Community can do beyond that. Most of us here are also just Community users, so at this point the best thing is to wait for support’s reply.
When Sonnet 4.5 shows up but then tells you “paid subscription required”, check the setup behind your access:

May I know when will you fix this shitty issue?
I subscribed to the paid plan and I can't use a single model, it always provide me with the same error and there is nothing I can do about it.
What's also wrong with your forum's section "Ask a question"? Did you check that? I can't even scroll down to click "submit".
I am really surprised since my friend advised me your Rovo Dev as high efficient product, but I can't even start using it lmao.
You ignore all the tickets, all the bug reports, you don't reply to any email, you don't call back, you literally don't care.
