@LOIK BIOIJ yes—this can happen and it’s not always just “free vs paid.” Model access in Rovo Dev depends on your specific plan, entitlements, and rollout. Even on paid plans, some models (like newer Claude versions) may not be enabled yet.
The fallback behavior is expected. If you’re on a paid plan and still blocked, it’s likely an entitlement or rollout issue—worth raising with support to confirm.
@LOIK BIOIJ the model you are trying to use is not available on the free version of the Atlassian toolset and you will need to subscribe to Standard, Premium, and Enterprise Cloud to take advantage of Claude since using has a cost.
