Something went wrong when created asite

Can anyone please confirm this error? Am I the only one who can't create a site in Rovo? I am using https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=devai  

 

Error "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Trace ID: fc7ca33cd497488e8ff5ca48ac9bbb81)"

 

Ihave click submit "agree and start now" button, it was show above error.

Hi @Putri This type of error (with a Trace ID) is usually a backend provisioning issue, not something caused by your browser or cache—so incognito/different browsers typically won’t fix it. If it persists, the best step is to contact Atlassian support and include the Trace ID so they can investigate on their side.

You could try opening the signup link in Incognito / Private browsing mode, as sometimes browser cookies or cached sessions can cause problems during the signup process.

i have try to using incognito tab, but still same error. Are these working for you?

Yes, it works for me. Have you already tried using a different browser? If nothing works, you should contact support, they will be able to help you more than I can
