Hi @raj13
Please contact with Billing support -> https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
They should fix your issue quite fast. Community can't help in this case :/

Seba
@raj13 welcome to the community. There’s been some confusion around this. What you’re seeing is generally expected—not a billing bug.
On the Rovo Dev Standard trial, CLI and IDE access (VS Code) are often not included, so you can hit entitlement errors even after adding payment details. Access can also vary based on entitlements, rollout, or plan config, so it’s not consistent for all trial users.
If you need CLI, you’ll likely need to move to a paid plan. Otherwise, support can confirm what’s enabled on your org.

Thus, they have to create a pay as you go plan like claude, or everybody will move to claude.

I contacted billing support, they were unable to solve the issue and created a ticket. It’s been 15 hours. Nothing has been resolved.

I’m experiencing the same issue. I tried enabling it through the admin page, but it didn’t work.
If Rovodev CLI and IDE have been removed from the free trial, they should make an announcement or update their website to reflect that.
