On a free trial of Rovo Dev Standard? Rovo Dev is not available in CLI and VS Code while on a trial

i signed up for free trail added my payment details and i get this error>?

Please contact with Billing support -> https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing

They should fix your issue quite fast. Community can't help in this case :/
